This was a fun meetup on a Saturday for lunch. I was conflicted between their pizza or a lunch entree. We started out with an order of garlic bread and a few Stella's while we delved into indecision. Weather took a rainy turn which got me in the mood for some soup. I went with the lunch combo which came with a cup of pasta fagioli and vodka rigatoni. Perfect light combo to remain productive. The rest of the table ordered a salad, lasagna, and a pizza with sausage, peppers, and mushrooms. The pizza was the clear winner -- perfect for 2 with a salad or aperitif. Great time and festively decorated.

Reservations were honored and all six of us were shown to our table right away, even though it was crowded at 5:30 PM on a Sunday night. My wife and I split the Tuscan Salad (without chili flakes) and the Shrimp Scampi over angel hair pasta, with a side of spinach with oil and garlic... and loved all of it. Their sauce and salad dressing worked very well for both of us and the ingredients were fresh and served hot. They put out fresh warm rolls for the table, which were good, but more like Pillsbury than Italian. Service was prompt and accommodating. It's upscale, but not wildly overpriced, and it was loud enough to make it difficult to hear someone across the same table. We left feeling we'd had a very good meal. Their menu is on their website.

An excellent restaurant and dining experience. Very nice indoor and outdoor dining with exceptional service and a large menu. Our server was very knowledgeable about all the choices and mostly stayed on top of our table. The fresh bread sticks and garlic rolls were nice and warm. The Caesar salad enough for 3 to share. All the main dishes were hot, fresh and large enough to take extra home.

Had a nice dinner last night, celebrating a birthday for my gf's aunt with her family. Very elegant feel, good ambient lighting and whatnot. It felt a little close to our neighboring tables, I would suggest waiting for a booth if you have a small enough party. I asked my server if I could order chicken parm, but with vodka sauce instead of the traditional marinara, along with an alternate order in case they couldn't. I would bet a lot of money that she never asked and just put in the other order instead. I mean, they have the vodka sauce on their menu, how difficult would it be to pour some on a chicken cutlet? They accidentally mixed up the chicken parm/veal parm orders for two others at the table, but didn't realize it and instead took one back to the kitchen to get a replacement while the other was ok with what they were served instead of waiting for it to be corrected. Literally, all they needed to do was swap the two dishes, but they didn't seem interested in hearing me say that. Besides all that, it was lovely! Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals, I ended up having chicken francese which filled me up and still had some leftovers to take home. Garlic bread was soft and warm with oil available at the table. Tried the veal parm, something I would certainly consider ordering. The pizza looked really good too. Would come back again.

Came here for dinner. Sat at the community table in the bar area. Service was a 5. Bread served and order taken. Ceaser salad was good and enough for 3-4 people. Chicken parm was lukewarm and noodles cold so sent it back. It was ok. Seafood Mario was also just ok. Back in the day came in a large bowl filled with seafood and was steaming hot. This can on a plate with seafood put in cold noodles. So overall food was a 3. Ambiance was a 4. Prices reasonable. So overall score is a 4.

My family made a reservation for 6:30 and we were seated immediately. The dining room is beautiful, but it's very loud. We were brought bread quickly after being seated and our waiter took our order soon thereafter. The bread was warm and there was a good selection between garlic bread, and plane bread. For appetizers, we ordered fried mozzarella and fried zucchini. The tomato dipping sauce was very fresh and tasty. The fried mozzarella was some of the best I've ever had. With the appetizers being so good, we were excited for our main courses, which left a lot to be desired. I ordered the vodka pasta, which was very disappointing. I wrongly assumed that the pasta would be homemade, but it was box pasta with sauce that tasted like jarred Bertolli. My dad ordered eggplant parm, which was tasty but the amount of cheese overpowered the eggplant. My niece ordered chicken soup and a cheese pizza, both of which she enjoyed. If it wasn't for the exceptional service, I would've given this review 3 stars, but our waiter had a great personality and made us laugh. I would go back and try other things on the menu, but overall, we were pretty disappointed with the entrees.

Delicious food and good service! The restaurant has low lighting and has a moderate noise level. Highly recommend for an elevated Italian cuisine.

We were two couples here for dinner on Saturday night. Unfortunately we had to eat outside because they had a full house indoors. It was a hot summer night but luckily we had the benefit of the fan. Outside TVs had sporting events on. Dinner and service were excellent. We started with pear martinis, vodka martini and wine. We shared a wonderful green salad and a caprese salad. After I had the amazing veal chop special with roasted potatoes and zucchini. It was quite a treat. Others had the fettuccine with clams, mussels and scallops and white wine sauce, Chicken Florentino, and Chicken Marsala. All were hot, and delicious. There was no room for dessert this time even though it was tempting. Complimentary valet parking was available. Mario's is very consistent. It's a wonderful Italian venue.

1/26/24 Mario's is a favorite go to place. We can always count on the food and the service. One of my favorite specials is the Chilean sea bass oreganata . Tonight hubby decided to do the orecchiette with broccoli rabe and sausage. Our server Joey was very attentive and we enjoyed our dinner very much.
